This photo was taken the day after Ray B. Cralle Co., a Studebaker and Hupmobile dealer who started downtown in 1916, had a big fire in 1925. The dealership was rebuilt, adding a second floor, and continued on the corner. Cralle treated his customers well. He would send a Burgert Brothers photographer to snap a picture of every new car owner purchased from his dealership. They were here until 1960 when they moved to Adamo Dr. and became a Mack Truck dealership as Cralle-Hall Motor Co. This location became Tampa Auto Repair.
By the mid-1970s, it was a Budget Rent a Car location. Records are scarce as to the disposition of the building, but it is now a parking lot.
