In 1926, this property housed a filling station, garage, and grocery store with two living rooms in the rear bungalow. It was owned by JT and Agnes Albury. At the time, the practice for many was that if you owned a filling station, you lived there. In 1947, Vance’s Auto Service maintained a business servicing car electrical parts, including starters and generators here. In 1963, Vance registered the fictitious name Friendly Motors- Quality Cars with the state and engaged in the business of selling used cars. The business closed in the early 1960s.

Since that time, the property has continued as an auto repair shop. In 2007, Sundance automotive was there, in 2013 R&B Mechanic Shop was at the spot, by 2017 it was known as Seminole Heights mechanic shop, and is now known as Marcelo's Body Shop & Collision- M.A.G. Auto.
