Advertised in real estate promotions as “historic 1920s construction” in 1953 when this photo was taken, this building at 2740-2744 North Florida Ave. housed the Acme Bottled Gas Company, Allied Painting Supply Company, Allstate Photographic Services, and Frank Whealton Real Estate.
The vintage architecture is still evident, and the building now features beautiful blue paint and white trim. In 2021 The Lucky Cat Yoga Studio, The Lash Lady, Community Roots Collective, and Tampa Casita Home Living reside here.
